Missed out ....on Adventure

Over the last few days I have been completely focused on my interview for selection for the Commonwealth Womens Antartic Expedition.
However after a very lovely meeting with Felicity I was to learn I have missed out. Such disappointment. Yet such an honour to have met her and be a small part in this exciting adventure. The successful candidates both have medical expertise which is a very useful attribute for such an expedition. Felicity was however keen to have an artist on board to record and share the beauty of the ice. But not this time. Oh well maybe next time. Maybe have to plan own expedition someplace.
